MINUTES FROM THE
CITY OF WAUTOMA
MEETING OF THE REGULAR COMMON COUNCIL
MONDAY, JANUARY 10th, 2022
7:30 p.m.
Alderperson King called the regular meeting of the City of Wautoma Common
Council to order at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, January 10th, 2022.
Present: Alderpersons Pat King, Aaron Grimm, Steve Ryerson, Bob Cayer, Eric
Tratar and Ryan Petersen
Excused: Mayor Nixon
Prayer and Pledge took place.
Alderperson Ryerson moved to approve the minutes from the Regular Common
Council meeting held on December 13th, 2021, and Finance and Personnel committee
held on December 13th, 2021. The motion was seconded by Alderperson Grimm and
carried 6-0.
Mr. Bohler presented both the General Fund Budget Comparison and bank
account report.
Alderperson Ryerson motioned to approve the agenda which was seconded by
Alderperson Grimm and carried 6-0.
Alderperson Ryerson motioned to approve Operator’s Licenses for Aimee L.
Papapetropoulos (Dollar General), Julia M. Gravel (Two20 Taphouse & Grill), Jeremy S.
Colvin (Two20 Taphouse & Grill) and Emma Lehr (Grimms One More & I Gotta Go.
Alderperson Petersen seconded the motion which was carried 6-0.
Mr. Bohler presented his report to the council.
Chief Paul Mott presented his report to the council.
Mayor Nixon was excused for his report to the council.
Alderperson Grimm moved to approve the payment of monthly vouchers. The
motion was seconded by Alderperson Tratar and carried 6-0.
Alderperson Grimm motioned to adjourn, which was seconded by Alderperson
Cayer and carried 6-0. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.

a. Submitted returned income surveys to MSA regarding CDBG grant application
b. Completed all tax-related documents to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue
c. Tax bills sent out with first payment due by January 31st
d. Met with Waushara County Health Department regarding WWII Memorial Building
Covid testing site
e. Completed all preliminary fieldwork for 2021 audit
f. Nomination papers finalized for April election
g. Attended a donation ceremony at Arimon Technologies regarding donation to
Wautoma Police Department

a. Discussion and appropriate action regarding the payment of the monthly vouchers.
