Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer’s Correspondence a. Met with Ehlers on borrowing resolution and financing plan for upcoming street projects b. Completed SLFRF reporting regarding ARPA expenses to the Department of Treasury c. Completed the annual Expenditure Restraint report to become eligible for payment d. Attended work session with the WASD School Board regarding plan of action on referendum e. Committed to role with WASD to lead referendum efforts in 2024  f. Worked with the Public Works Department to help service and update election equipment g. Attended pre-construction meeting with Alliant Energy regarding the Airport solar panel project h. Committee Reports: Finance and Personnel a. Discussion and appropriate action regarding the payment of the monthly vouchers. Review of the end of the month vouchers that were paid. Library Board a. None 14. Old Business: a. Discussion and appropriate action regarding approval of Mayoral committees b. Discussion and appropriate action regarding on-street alcohol sales during Open Air Market (per request to readdress from June meeting) 15. New Business: a. Presentation for Lieutenant Joey Rosin – Valor Award b. You are hereby notified that the Common Council of the City of Wautoma will convene into closed session after all regular business has been concluded and upon motion duly made and seconded and acted upon by roll-call vote as required under Wis. Stats. § 19.85(1)(a). The purpose of the meeting is to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written regarding strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which it is involved as authorized under Wis. Stat. §19.85(1)(g). Specifically, to be discussed are post judgment and appeal options for Waushara County Case No. 2021CX01.You are further notified that at the conclusion of the Closed Session, the Common Council may convene into open session pursuant to Wis. Stats. § 19.85(2), for purposes of potential additional discussion and/or action on any matters discussed in closed session and for adjournment. 16.
