Requesting approval for a State Municipal Agreement (SMA) with the 23-956 Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) for a carbon reduction grant to replace high pressure sodium (HPS) street light fixtures with energy efficient LED street light fixtures Recommendation to Common Council Wehrley presented.
