1. Request by Hope Sprague, Peony and Thistle for a Street Vendor 25-0328
License for the sale of flowers in the streets of City of Wauwatosa
between April 2025 to November 2025
Jen Stilling presented and the applicant spoke at length. The item was approved with the condition that a
final list of addresses be provided to the City Clerk's office, Engineering will review locations if they are
within a parking lot and the truck may not be parked within 100 ft of a brick and mortar business that sells
flowers.

LLC to complete work on Sundays for the demolition of the Incinerator
Building at 11100 W. Walnut Road (Department of Public Works)
Dave Simpson, Director of Public Works, presented. The item was approved for the hours of 10 am - 6 pm
at the discretion of the Director of Public Works considering noise complaints received .

3. Request by Sheri Schmit, Milwaukee Regional Medical Center 24-1684
(MRMC), for an exception to the bike parking regulations of
Wauwatosa Municipal Code (WMC) 24.11.080 in the MRMC Campus
located south of Watertown Plank Road, north of Wisconsin Avenue,
and east of I-41
Art Pinon, Principle Planner, presented. Applicant also spoke.

4. Consideration of request by Multimodal Transportation Engineer for 25-0332
approval of an application from Lime to renew its operation of a
dockless scooter program in Wauwatosa
Liz Saunderson, Multimodal Engineer, presented. Calvin Elmore also spoke and explained the new
features of the app.

underground distribution easement to WE Energies over a portion of

and September 20, 2025
Jeff Roznowski, applicant, presented. The item was approved with the potential for need for special event
insurance. The city will look into their options and pricing and requested a vehicle count and short write
up describing the event from the applicant.
