Consideration of a fence variance request by Hundreds and Thousands, 25-0524 LLC at 8334 W North Ave The item was brought to the board, however Andy Krause who submitted was unable to make the meeting . The motion to hold the item was made with the following directions: the Building and Safety Division needs to go to the business owner. If there is a variance request in the future, it would need to come back to the Board of Public Works with justification. It was determined there was a correction to the final payment amount that should read $162,616.45. An updated memo has been attached to the file.
