Stat. §19.85 (1)(g), to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. The Committee may reconvene into open session to consider the balance of the agenda. 1. Litigation Update regarding Knowlton, et al. v. City of Wauwatosa, 23-446 Case No. 20-CV-1660, US District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin Alan Kesner, City Attorney, presented.
