1. Consideration of a proposed settlement of a worker's compensation 23-829
claim
RESULT: RECOMMENDED FOR APPROVAL
MOVER: Amanda Fuerst
SECONDER: Robin Brannin
Motion by Fuerst, second by Brannin, to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis . Stat. §19.85 (1)(g),
to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning
strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved .
Motion carried.
Discussion in closed session.
Motion by Fuerst, second by Brannin, to reconvene into open session .
The vote on the item occurred in open session.

The Committee may convene in closed session regarding this item pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85 (1)(g), to confer
with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be
adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. The Committee may
reconvene into open session to consider any action discussed in closed session and/or the balance of the agenda.
