Discussion of settlement offer in the matter of Children’s Hospital of 24-0139 Wisconsin, Inc. vs. City of Wauwatosa, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Case No. 21CV4284 Motion by Alder Fuerst to enter into closed session pursuant to Wis . Stat. §19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Seconded by Alder Arney. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Alder Fuerst to go back into open session, seconded by Alder Philips .
