Staff updates regarding current legislative items of interest to the City of 23-1252 Wauwatosa City Attorney Alan Kesner presented. Legislation mention included: 1. AB 444 (property Restrictions) had a hearing today. 2. SB 366 (Polling Place Closures) had a hearing on Monday and is set for an executive session on Thursday. 3. AB 514 (limiting liability in public co9ntracts) is set for executive session on Thursday and we are still opposed along with the League of WI Municipalities.
