Discussion of settlement offer in the matter of Wheaton Franciscan 24-0005 Healthcare vs. City of Wauwatosa, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Case No. 2019-CV-009786 Motion by Alder Fuerst to enter into closed session pursuant to Wis . Stat. §19.85 (1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved. Seconded by Alder Phillips. Motion carried unanimously.
