Annual Report to Community Affairs Committee Update Haertel reported that the update to Community Affairs went well and no questions were asked. 2. PoP Awards Review The Commission decided to continue the PoP awards in 2024. Szudy will ask Communications staff to help publicize in the City's newsletter. 3. Muellner Building Update Szudy reported that solar panels may be added to the south facing roof of the building and the roof for the curling club/ice rink may be changed to standing seam metal. 4. Election of Officers Guszkowski moved, Beyer seconded, continuing to suspend the bylaws and keep the current chairperson (Haertel) and vice-chairperson (Guszkowski) for 2024. 5-0-1 (Haertel) NEXT MEETING DATE February 7, 2024 at 4:430 PM at City Hall or sooner if design review application submitted.
