Front office restructure 25-0602 · Exploring hours a of work, position responsibilities, upcoming vacancy and need of process /system improvements to be more efficient, working with HR on a Civilian Office Manager position to fill upcoming vacancy and free up capacity and sworn supervision responsibilities 2. Patrol Support Specialist process 25-0603 · A process was promulgated as codified in the WPOA contract to establish an eligibility pool of 18 months, consists of 4 employees, subject to appointment by the Police Chief when a vacancy exists CLOSED SESSION Motion by Plantinga, seconded by Morris, to convene into closed session at 4:58 P.M. pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1)(c), considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and may reconvene into open session .
