Discussion included trim for chimney, a ladder effect on the railing, type of roofing material, bland west elevation - consider windows, lower window on east elevation, add basement windows 11. 630 N Bompart – Construct rear screened porch Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant the materials will be as noted in the additional information submitted 9/2/2020 Unanimous decision 12. 719 Fairview – Install solar panels Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the rail system and mounting pieces are to be matte black to match the panels 4 board members approved, 1 disapproved 13. 530 E Lockwood – Install new signage Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the signs are painted aluminum with vinyl graphics Unanimous decision PRELIMINARY 14. 357 Sylvester - Construct new house Approved as submitted with clarification from the applicant that the canopy over the rear door will be lowered, the front door will be a 2 panel solid door, the gable over the front door will be an open gable, the front slab will have a finished edge, vertical board & batten will be used on the rear entry area, matching permacast columns will be used on the front and rear, a window will be added to the powder room on the left elevation, gable vents will be triangular to match trim and architectural shingles will be used 4 board members approved, 1 disapproved
