Resubmittal regarding removing grids from south elevation (rear elevation) Approved as submitted Unanimous decision SUBMITTAL 4. 315 Plant – Restore front porch Approved as submitted with the clarification that the existing wood handrail on the front porch steps will be kept Unanimous decision 5. 574 Hollywood – Construct front porch Approved as submitted with the understanding that there will be trim at the top of the columns Unanimous decision  6. 336 Papin - Construct rear covered patio & detached garage Approved as submitted with the understanding that the detached garage will match the style of the windows on the house Unanimous decision 7. 744 Clark – Construct front porch No vote was taken. ARB asked applicant to re-submit 8. 121 Hull - Construct side dormer & windows No vote was taken. ARB asked applicant to re-submit RESUBMITTAL. 9. 523 Webster Forest Dr – Construct rear deck Disapproved as submitted with recommendations 4 members voted to disapprove, 1 member voted to approve PRELIMINARY None
