Jackson Avenue – Front Portico Approved as submitted with an option to remove the panels on the portico between the column locations and leave that area open or provide a railing. PG. #  2. 740 Fairview Avenue – Addition with Deck Approved with the understanding that the East elevation at the kitchen there will be fixed framed shutters to mimic the appearance of a window, or windows and the owners have the option if they choose to add windows in that wall per the submittal received at the ARB meeting. 3. 128 Jefferson Road – Side Porch Approved as submitted. 4. 121 Clara Avenue – Rear Second Story Addition Approved with the following clarifications: the bottom of the existing deck will be closed off with lattice, all the windows will match the existing window grille patterns, the new window heads will align with the existing window heads, the window in the bathroom will be revised to be taller square shape or possibly two separate windows on that West elevation. 5. 317 N. Rock Hill Road – Rear Deck Approved with the understanding that lattice will be added under the deck. PRELIMINARY 6. 524 Bacon – New House Approved as submitted with the understanding that the exterior siding will be horizontal and that if there are gutters, they will be concealed.
