Approved as submitted with the clarification that the front posts and will be wrapped including above
and below the deck level.

2. 1231 Cheshire Lane – Second Story Addition
Approved as submitted with the inclusion of continuing the shake style siding on the right side of the
offset dormer.
3. 511 N. Bompart Avenue – Detached Garage
Approved as submitted with the addition of two (2) windows on the back elevation.
4. 242 Portland Terrace – Detached Garage
Approved with the understanding that trim will be added around the windows and around the man
door. The trim width will be 4 inches to match the trim around the overhead door and the double-hung
windows on the new garage will be the 6 over 0 style to match the house windows.
5. 406 W. Jackson Avenue – Front Porch with Arbor
Approved as submitted per the revised drawings submitted at the 7/25/24 ARB meeting.
