Charter Advisory Review Board CITY HALL - COUNCIL CHAMBERS - 4 EAST LOCKWOOD AVENUE November 28, 2022, 5:00 PM This meeting of the Charter Review Advisory Board will be open to the public at City Hall or via teleconference. Instructions on listening through your phone or computer to the teleconference are available at www.webstergroves.org/teleconference. All those attending in person must comply with masking and other public health measures as ordered by the City of Webster Groves. MEMBERS: Tammy Behm, Nicole Chaput (Vice Chair), Joseph Dugan, John Eppers, Jennifer Finney, Matthew Hile, Jeanne Kirkton (Chair), Kyle Klemp (Secretary), Michael Yokley Alternate Members: Paul Dribin and Melissa Johnson COUNCIL LIAISON: Mayor Laura Arnold STAFF LIAISONS: Marie Peoples (City Manager), Neil Bruntrager (City Attorney) AGENDA 1. Written comments will not be read aloud at the meetings. All speakers will be allowed three minutes.
