Bill #8967 – Second Reading – An Ordinance Amending Chapter 53, the Zoning Code of Webster Groves, By Altering the Dimensional Regulations to Clarify Setbacks and Heights in Sections 53.043, 53.053, 53.063, and 53.073; and Adding or Clarifying Definitions Related to the Dimensional Regulations in Section 53.020 and Matters Related Thereto (Council expected to postpone the second reading.) 2. Bill #8980 – Third Reading – An Ordinance Amending Chapter 53, the Zoning Code, by Changing the Zoning from “C” Commercial District to “PC” Planned Commercial District and Approving a Preliminary Development Plan Utilizing Existing Structures on an Approximately 0.32 Acre Tract of Land Located at 8110-8136 Big Bend Boulevard 3. Bill #8981 – Third Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, Amending Chapter 53, “Zoning” by Revising Section 53.020; 53.044; 53.054; 53.064 and 53.074 To Amend Development Standards for Bed and Breakfast Uses and Add a “Short Term Rentals” Use and Development Standards for Such Use and Matters Related Thereto 4. Bill #8923 - Third Reading - An Ordinance Authorizing the City Manager to Execute, on Behalf of the City of Webster Groves, A Purchase and Maintenance Agreement Between and Among Owen Ridge Associates, LLC, the Great Rivers Greenway District, and the City and Matters Related Thereto  5. Update Related to Resolution #2016-33 Entitled “A Resolution Suspending Ordinance #8976 that Granted a Conditional Use Permit to Carlo and Tanina Campieri (Campieri Auto Sales) at 8627 Watson Road”; and, Alternatively, to Discuss Setting a Hearing Date for Revocation, Rather Than Mere Suspension, of the Conditional Use Permit VI.
