Bill #8992 – Third Reading - An Ordinance Levying and Establishing the Rate of Annual Property Taxes to be Collected for the Year 2017 by the Webster Groves Library District 3. Bill #8995 – Third Reading – An Ordinance Levying the Cost of Abating Certain Nuisances (Removal of Weeds, Dead Trees and Debris, Etc.) as Special Tax Bills Against the Properties Hereinafter Described and Constituting Levies as Liens on the Respective Properties VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Bill #8993 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance Amending Chapter 70, Section 70.020 “Petit Larceny” to Increase the Value of Stolen Property Up to $750 for This Offense 2. Bill #8996 – First & Second Reading - An Ordinance Permitting the Subdivision of Certain Property at 143 Dornell Drive and 205 N. Gore Avenue  3. Bill #8997 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance Authorizing the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, and Its Residents to Participate in Programs Authorized by the “Property Assessment Clean Energy Act,” (“PACE ACT”) and Stating the Terms Under Which the City Will Conduct Activities as a Member of Two Clean Energy Development Boards, and Matters Related Thereto 4. Resolution #2017-37 – Authorizing the City Manager to Enter into an Agreement for the Construction of Barbre Park Improvements 5.
