Proposed City Budget: Fiscal Year 2020 2. Proposed Community Development Block Grant Funds for the 2020 Budget • Resolution #2019-18 – Authorizing the City Manager of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, to Submit on Behalf of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, an Application for Community Development Funds for Calendar Year 2020 to St. Louis County Office of Community Development, Department of Human Services, Providing for Specific Programs to be Undertaken Within Said City Under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as Amended 3. Home Occupations: Proposed amendments include changes to Definitions in Section 53.020 and the Use Charts in Sections 53.100 and 53.159 of the Zoning Ordinance; and adding a new section 53.206 in order to clarify and update regulations for home occupations • Bill #9074 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, Amending Chapter 53, “Zoning”, by Amending Definitions in Section 53.020; Amending Use Charts in Sections 53.100 and 53.159; and Adding Development Standards in Section 53.206 of the Zoning Ordinance in Order to Clarify and Add Standards for Home Occupation Uses and Matters Related Thereto III. Bill #9075 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance Defining the Classified Service of the City of Webster Groves, Fixing the Compensation for Employees in Said Classifications, and Repealing Ordinance #9021 2. Bill #9076 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance Fixing the Compensation of Persons in the Unclassified Service of the City of Webster Groves, and Repealing Ordinance #9022 3. Bill #9077 - First & Second Reading - An Ordinance Levying the Cost of Abating Certain Nuisances Related to the Demolition of Unsafe Properties (Including Newspaper Ads for Demolition Notice, Title Search, Demolition, Etc.) as Special Tax Bills Against the Properties Hereinafter Described and Constituting Levies as Liens on the Respective Properties VII.
