Home Occupations (Continued): Proposed amendments include changes to Definitions in Section 53.020 and the Use Charts in Sections 53.100 and 53.159 of the Zoning Ordinance; and adding a new section 53.206 in order to clarify and update regulations for home occupations • Bill #9074 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance of the City of Webster Groves, Missouri, Amending Chapter 53, “Zoning”, by Amending Definitions in Section 53.020; Amending Use Charts in Sections 53.100 and 53.159; and Adding Development Standards in Section 53.206 of the Zoning Ordinance in Order to Clarify and Add Standards for Home Occupation Uses and Matters Related Thereto III. Bill #9076 – Third Reading – An Ordinance Fixing the Compensation of Persons in the Unclassified Service of the City of Webster Groves, and Repealing Ordinance #9022 3. Bill #9077 - Third Reading - An Ordinance Levying the Cost of Abating Certain Nuisances Related to the Demolition of Unsafe Properties (Including Newspaper Ads for Demolition Notice, Title Search, Demolition, Etc.) as Special Tax Bills Against the Properties Hereinafter Described and Constituting Levies as Liens on the Respective Properties VI. NEW BUSINESS 1. Resolution #2019-19 – Adoption of the Budget for Fiscal Year 2020 2. Bill #9078 – First & Second Reading – An Ordinance Vacating and Abandoning a Portion of the Elm Right-of-Way in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri; Providing for the Reservation of all Rights and Easements of Public Utilities in that Right-of-Way; and Other Actions Related Thereto 3. Resolution #2019-27 – Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with the I.A.F.F. Local 2665 as the Collective Bargaining Agent for Webster Groves Fire Fighter/Paramedics and Fire Captains VII. APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of Minutes - June 4, 2019 2. Resolution #2019-20 – Authorizing the City Manager to Issue a Purchase Order for the Purchase of Emulsion and Rental of Chip Sealing Equipment, with Operators, for the S. Elm Avenue Project for the FY-2019 Chip Sealing Program 3. Resolution #2019-21 – Authorizing the City Manager to Make the Third Payment Installment for the Microsoft Office Professional License and Software Upgrades 4. Resolution #2019-22 - Authorizing the City Manager to Award a Contract for the Application of Thermoplastic Pavement Marking for the E. Lockwood Avenue and Brentwood Boulevard Mill and Overlay Project 5. Resolution #2019-23 – A Resolution Amending the Budget for Fiscal Year 2019 for Glen Park 6.
