PUBLIC HEARINGS: None.
REGULAR MEETING:
1. Approval of Minutes – December 10, 2019 – Mike McClorey moved to approve the December minutes;
seconded by Doug Stanley; motion passed by unanimous vote. Anne Kelly abstained from vote as she was
absent from December meeting.
2. Visitor Comments – n/a
NEW BUSINESS:
1. 515 Ivanhoe Place
a. HPC reviewed submittal packet and staff memo recommending approval; questions and comments
solicited; Mike McClorey noted his agreement with staff recommendations and lack of remaining
historical value; Mike McClorey moved to approve consistent with staff recommendation; Faye Betts
seconded motion; motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Webster Walks –Digital Walk project– Mara Perry continued conversation regarding digital Webster Walk
concept, demonstrating a digital prototype for HPC members which is still in its initial stages of development.
Additional data gathering and spreadsheet for GIS mapping purposes still being completed. The concept
will involve uploaded photos integrated into the mapping program.
2. "At Risk" Properties List– HPC reviewed helpful handout with detailed information regarding how other cities
define "at risk" properties, research conducted by staff members. HPC members to start thinking about
considerations and qualifications for "at risk" descriptor. Feedback to be shared at next month's meeting.
3. 100 Year Old Properties—Mara presented mapping component on flatscreen, will be able to be viewed on
phones, all 100+ year old homes highlighted, with a zoom-in function to see additional data. Work on
projects ongoing.
Mike McClorey moved to adjourn the meeting; Doug Stanley seconded the motion; motion passed unanimously.
