ARB-033 Approval of the February 18, 2015 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Robert Camerlinck, approved (4-0) to approve the February 18, 2015 ARB Minutes. Ayes: 4- Chair Kimberly Sundook Vice Chair Robert Camerlinck Ron Shamash Damon Robling Excused: 1- Tara Zimmerman Absent: 1- Frank Pennea IV. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA V. SWEARING IN OF SPEAKERS VI. NEW BUSINESS A. ARB-034 Village Green Office Building Elevation and Signage with Technical Deviations A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Robert Camerlinck, approved (4-0) to approve ARB 15-002 Village Green Office Building elevations and signage with technical deviation with staff recommendations and allowing a major identification building wall sign to have a maximum length of 42 feet. B. ARB-035 Burger Fi at Wellington Country Plaza Exterior Elevations, Awnings and Signage with Technical Deviations A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Frank Pennea, approved (5-0) to approved ARB 15-003 BurgerFi elevations and signage with technical deviation with staff recommendations and allowing signage on the awning on the south elevation to utilize their corporate colors. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC VIII. COMMENTS FROM STAFF Staff discussed a request from Stonegate Communtity to reconsider the prohibition of white PVC fences as the HOA documents only allow white as a PVC fence color.
