VII. OLD BUSINESS
ARB-040 Village of Wellington Community Center (WCC) Elevation Revisions
Perry Douglas presented the revised elevations to the Board which included
removal of architectural features, windows, building heights and the visible
roof top mechanical equipment. The Board agreed to schedule a special
meeting within the next two weeks to review the final elevations that included
proper screening of the roof top material.
VII. COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
Owners from the Stonegate Community requested the community be exempt
from the prohibition of White PVC fences. The HOA documents only allow
white colored fencing and the only option for a privacy type fence is a white
PVC fence. The Board suggested the HOA revise their documents to allow
different colors as they can't make an exemption for one neighborhood without
granting to the entire Village. A motion was made by Mr. Pennea to approve the
exemption of the White PVC fences for the Stonegate Community. The motion
failed due to a lack of a second.

IX. COMMENTS FROM STAFF
Staff reminded the Board that the June 2015 meeting is a mandatory quarterly
meeting. Elections will be held at that meeting. Staff encouraged the Board to
ask their neighbors and friends to apply to the Board as there is an open seat.
