A motion was made by Tara Zimmerman, seconded by Ron Shamash,
approved (5-0) to approve the October 21, 2015 Architectural Review Board
Meeting Minutes.

Roof Material
A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Deidre Newton, approved
(5-0) to approve (HTE 15-116 / ARB 15-012) 15453 Ocean Breeze lane
Alternative Roof Material with Staff Recommendations and the following
additional conditions: 1. The thatched roof shall be well maintained, free of
debris and my require replacement if discoloration occurs overtime; and 2. The
thatched roof was approved due to the property being located in the
Equestrian Overlay Zoning District.

approved (5-0) to approve (HTE 15-125 / ARB 15-013) Saddle Shops Signs with
Technical Deviation (Welli Yogurt, Dunkin Donuts and Tito's Cantina) as
