APPROVAL OF MINUTES ARB-058 Approval of the August 26, 2015 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes A motion was made by Tara Zimmerman, seconded by Deidre Newton, approved (5-0) to approve the August 26, 2015 Architectural Review Board Meeting Minutes. NEW BUSINESS ARB-059 HTE 15-100 / ARB 15-011 Ashley Furniture and City Furniture at the Wellington Green Mall - Exterior Elevations A motion was made by Deidre Newton, seconded by Tara Zimmerman, approved (5-0) to approve HTE 15-100/ARB 15-011 Ashley Furniture and City Furnityre at the Wellington Green Mall - Exterior Elevations with staff recommendations with the following modifications: 1. All banding on the top of the building on the north and south elevation shall be Snow Fall White; and 2. Bollards shall be the same color as the bollards throughout the exterior of the Mall. VII.
