A motion was made by Rick Westwood, seconded by Ron Shamash, apprvoed
(6-0) to approve the February 17, 2016 ARB Meeting Minutes.

A motion was made by Ron Shamash, seconded by Tara Zimmerman,
approved (6-0) to approve ARB 16-002/HTE 16-18 Wellington Green MUPD F
Outparcel with conditions of approval as recommended by staff.

VII. PRESENTATIONS
a. ARB-069 Discussion of 2016 Recreation Trail Program Grant (RTP) grant
application in the amount of $200,000 for the improvements to the
Flying Cow Pathway and C-1 Canal Crossing
A motion was made by Deidre Newton, seconded by Tara Zimmerman,
approved (6-0) to support the application for the 2016 Recreation Trail Program
Grant (RTP) in the amount of $200,000 for the improvements to the Flying Cow

Pathway and the C-1 Canal Crossing.

b. ARB-071 Residential Fences with Privacy Screens Presentation
Staff provided a presentation on Residential Fences with temporary mesh
privacy screens. The presentation included discussion of whitefly damage and
loss of hedge material along Major Thoroughfares, examples of materials on
the market and recent pictures throughout Wellington. The Board was in
agreement that if allowed, they would need to be on a temporary basis and
Code Enforcement to ensure that they are taken down within the required time
frame.

IX. COMMENTS FROM STAFF
There are currently no ARB petitions for the next meeting. The deadline to be
scheduled for the May ARB meeting is next week.
X. COMMENTS FROM THE BOARD
Ms. Sundook and Ms. Zimmerman advised they will not be at the May ARB
Meeting.
