Aye: 7 - Vice Chair Whitlow, Lund, Chair Ellie, Smith Faver, Ellis, Shockley and Meigs a. EPC-036 Approval of July 21, 2014 Equestrian Preserve Committee Minutes A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Richard Ellis, approved (7-0) to approve the July 21, 2014 Equestrian Preserve Committee Meeting Minutes. EPC-025 Wellington CountryPlace PUD Master Plan Amendment Petition 2014-016 MPA6 A motion was made by Vice Chair Whitlow, seconded by Houston Meigs, approved (6-1) to deny the Wellington Country Place PUD Master Plan Amendment Petition 2014-016 MPA6 due to lack of information.
