The committee reviewed the Equestrian Special Use changes that they
recommended approval with changes at the September 10, 2014 meeting. A
motion was made by Mary Jo Shockley, seconded by Dr. Kristy Lund,
approved (7-0) to add a footnote "D: maximium days per week per location".
