Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Richard Ellis, seconded by Dr. Kristy Lund,approved
(7-0) to approve the September 10, 2014 minutes as amended
B. EPC-052 Approval of the September 18, 2014 Equestrian Preserve Committee
Workshop Minutes
A motion was made by Houston Meigs, seconded by Richard Ellis, approved
(7-0) to approved the September 18, 2014 meeting as amended.
C. EPC-050 Approval of the October 8, 2014 Equestrian Preserve Committee
Meeting Minutes
A motion was made by Michael Whitlow, seconded by Dr. Kristy Lund,
approved (7-0) to approve the October 8, 2014 minutes as amended.
D. EPC-053 Approval of the October 16, 2014 Equestrian Preserve Committee
Workshop Minutes
A motion was made by Dr. Lund, seconded by Richard Ellis, approved (7-0) to
approve the October 16, 2014 minutes as amended.
V. New Business
A. EPC-046 Presentation by Palm Beach County - Jim Brandon Equestrian Center
B. EPC-047 Presentation by Grand Champions Polo Club
C. EPC-048 Presentation by Palm Beach International Equestrian Center and
Global Dressage

D. EPC-049 Saddle Trail Park Proposed Improvement Project Conceptual Design
Elements Presentation
A motion was made by Ms. Elie, seconded by Ms. Smith-Faver, approved (6-0)
with Ms. Shockley abstaining to recommend to not pave Saddle Trail and to
continue the expansion of city water without the paving of the roads.
