APPROVAL OF AGENDA Mr. Fransetta presented the Agenda for approval. There were no changes made to the Agenda. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES SAC14-012 Approve Minutes from 10-9-14 A motion was made by Mr. Nebb, seconded by Ms. Lascola, and unanimously passed (5-0) approving the Minutes as presented. IV. PRESENTATION V. OLD BUSINESS SAC14-011 Senior Housing Update Mr. Basehart gave a presentation on the proposals that were submitted for the K-Park site. His presentation included a description and slides for each proposal. Public Comment Mr. Bart Novack. Mr. Novack commented that he did not think there should be commercial on that site. VI. NEW BUSINESS Ms. Zimmerman suggested the Pledge be added to meetings. VII. PUBLIC COMMENTS VIII. BOARD COMMENTS Ms. Lascola commented that the K-Park proposals were all the same and none stood out as exceptional. Ms. Zimmerman suggested there be gates for the senior component. Mr. Nebb questioned what proposal would benefit the Village most. Ms. Tanner thought the proposal with the botanical garden would be closest to what they were looking for. Mr. Fransetta asked them to be mindful that the goal was to create affordable Village of Wellington Page 1 Senior Advisory Committee Action Summary November 13, 2014 senior housing. He suggested that staff bring the proposal for the Cultural Center to the next meeting. IX. CLOSING COMMENTS X.
