EPC-068 Lucido & Associates Trails Discussion III. New Business A. EPC-070 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Zoning Text Amendment A motion was made by Michael Whitlow , seconded by Richard Ellis, that this Zoning Text Amendment be recommended for approval with the word "attached" removed. The motion carried by 4-3 vote. Aye: 4- Vice Chair Whitlow, Chair Ellie, Smith Faver and Ellis Nay: 3- Lund, Shockley and Meigs B. EPC-071 Proposed Amendments to Chapter 2. Off-street Parking and Loading in Article 7. Site Development Standards of the Land Development Regulations specific to the Equestrian Overlay Zoning District A motion was made by Smith Faver, seconded by Dr. Lund that this Zoning Text Amendment be tabled. The motion carried unanimously. C. EPC-072 Discussion and recommendation for equestrian related capital projects for inclusion in the Village’s Capital Improvements Program (CIP). IV.
