Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance It was unanimously approved to reorder the agenda moving item II.A. after item III.B. Excused: 2 - Dr. Kristy Lund and Linda Smith Faver II. Presentation A. EPC-068 Lucido & Associates Trails Discussion III. New Business A. EPC-070 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Zoning Text Amendment A motion was made by Michael Whitlow , seconded by Richard Ellis, that this Zoning Text Amendment be recommended for approval with the word "attached" removed. The motion carried by 4-3 vote. Aye: 4- Vice Chair Whitlow, Chair Ellie, Smith Faver and Ellis Nay: 3- Lund, Shockley and Meigs B. EPC-071 Proposed Amendments to Chapter 2. Off-street Parking and Loading in Article 7. Site Development Standards of the Land Development Regulations specific to the Equestrian Overlay Zoning District A motion was made by Smith Faver, seconded by Dr. Lund that this Zoning Text Amendment be tabled. The motion carried unanimously. C. EPC-072 Discussion and recommendation for equestrian related capital projects for inclusion in the Village’s Capital Improvements Program (CIP). IV. Staff Comments V. Board Comments VI. Public Comments Public comments were made regarding suggested capital improvements and trails improvements in the Little Ranches neighborhood. VII.
