Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance Chair Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:23 pm. Jane Cleveland, Dr. Sergio Guerreiro, Carol Cohen, and Robert Bushey were present. Dr. Kristy Lund arrived late. Dr. Rachel Eidelman and Doug Hundt were excused. II. Additions/Deletions/Reordering of Agenda III. EPC-118 Approval of the July 6, 2016 Equestrian Preserve Committee Minutes Robert Bushey made a motion to approve the July 6, 2016 Equestrian Preserve Committee minutes. Carol Cohen seconded the motion and it passed unanimously (4-0). IV. New Business A. EPC-119 Petition No. 16-58 (2016-021 CPA3) Winding Trails Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) Dr. Sergio Guerreiro made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2016-16, Winding Trails Comprehensive Plan Amendment. Robert Bushey seconded the motion and it carried unanimously (5-0). B. EPC-120 Petition No. 16-53 (2016-002 ZTA) Equestrian Overlay Zoning District (EOZD) Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) Dr. Sergio Guerreiro made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2016-17, Equestrian Overlay Zoning District Zoning Text Amendment. Robert Bushey seconded the motion and it carried unanimously (5-0). C. EPC-121 Petition No. 16-59 (2016-22 REZ) Winding Trails (FKA The Landings at Wellington PUD Executive Course) Rezoning Dr. Sergio Guerreiro made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2016-18, Winding Trails (FKA The Landings at Wellington PUD Executive Golf Course) Rezoning. Robert Bushey seconded the motion and it carried unanimously (5-0). D. EPC-122 Petition No. 16-60 (2016-23 MPA3) The Landings at Wellington PUD Master Plan Amendment (MPA) Dr. Sergio Guerreiro made a motion to approve Resolution R2016-47 The Landings at Wellington PUD Master Plan Amendment. Robert Bushey seconded the motion and it carried unanimously (5-0). E. Discussion - Equestrian Plan of Action Draft, Land Development Regulations Michael O'Dell discussed elements of the Equestrian Plan of Action related to Wellington's Land Development Regulations. Board Comments The Equestrian Preserve Committee agreed to hold a workshop to further discuss the Equestrian Plan of Action on September 29, 2016 at 6:15 pm. VII. Public Comments VIII.
