Equestrian Preserve Committee Action Summary February 1, 2017
I. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance
Chair Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm. Jane
Cleveland, Robert Bushey, Dr. Sergio Guerreiro, Doug Hundt, and Dr.
Rachel Eidelman were present.
Staff present: Robert Basehart, Michael O'Dell, David Flinchum, J.
Higbee, and Ryan Harding.
II. Remarks by Committee Chair
Ms. Cleveland discussed upcoming meeting dates and possible
agenda items for those meetings.
III. Additions/Deletions/Reordering of Agenda
There were no changes to the agenda.
IV. Workshop
Mr. Basehart, Mr. O'Dell, Mr. Flinchum, and Mr. Higbee discussed
Articles I, II, IV, and V of Wellington's Land Development Regulations.
V. Staff Comments
There were no staff comments.
VI. Board Comments
Ms. Cleveland stated the committee would be reviewing Articles VIII
and IX at the next workshop on February 16th.
VII. Public Comments
There were no public comments.
VIII. Adjournment
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
