Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance Jane Cleveland called the meeting to order at 6:15 pm. Jane Cleveland, Dr. Kristy Lund, Dr. Rachel Eidelman, Robert Bushey, and Doug Hundt were present. Dr. Sergio Guerreiro arrived late and Carol Cohen was excused. Staff present: Michael O'Dell, David Flinchum, J. Higbee, and Ryan Harding. II. Remarks by Committee Chair Ms. Cleveland discussed the upcoming meetings and possible agenda items for those meetings. III. Additions/Deletions/Reordering of Agenda There were no changes to the agenda. IV. EPC-139 Discussion Item - Land Development Regulations The Equestrian Preserve Committee gave thier recommendations on various use types in the Equestrian Preserve Area and the approval process for those uses. V. Staff Comments There were no staff comments. VI. Board Comments There were no board comments. VII. Public Comments There were no public comments. VIII. Adjournment Dr. Guerreiro made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Dr. Lund and it carried unanimously (6-0). The meeting adjourned at 9:22 pm. Notice Village of Wellington Page 1
