CALL TO ORDER II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE III. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS/REORDERING OF AGENDA There were no changes to the agenda. IV. STATE OF THE EPA BY COMMITTEE CHAIR Chair Cleveland gave a status report on the Equestrian Preserve Committee and an overview of happenings in the Equestrian Preserve Area over the previous two years. Some of the items the EPC has covered over this time included Land Development Regulations (LDR) review, Equestrian Plan of Action review, a recommendation of an Economic Impact Study, meetings with various venue operators, and Best Managment Practices including livestock waste disposal methods. V. EQUESTRIAN PLAN OF ACTION OVERVIEW Mr. O'Dell gave an overview of the Equestrian Plan of Action draft. He explained that the draft was divided into the six categories of Community Interdependence, Economic Impact, Horse Sports and Tourism, Land Use, Infrastructure, and Envronmental Mangement. Mr. O'Dell also explained that the end of the Plan of Action included the EPC's recommendations and a suggested timeline for implementing those recommendations. A. Committee Comments There were no committee comments. VI. PUBLIC DISCUSSION Chair Cleveland opened the meeting to public discussion at 7:35 pm. Attendees commented on various topics related to the Equestrian Preserve Area. Chair Cleveland closed public discussion at 8:32 pm. VII. COMMITTEE COMMENTS There were no committee comments. VIII.
