APPROVAL OF AGENDA III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Dr. Zipp made a motion to accept the minutes from the previous meeting and Mr. Fleming gave the second. The motion passed unanimously. PR15-015 Approval of Minutes from September 21, 2015 IV. PRESENTATION PR15-016 Student Artists Presentation Michelle Garvey introduced participant in the high school rotation of the student art program and recognized her photograph submission. PR15-017 Art in Public Places Presentation Michelle Garvey introduced the participants in the Art in Public Places program. Shirley Brown from the Wellington Art Society also spoke on behalf of the artists. PR15-018 K-Park Report Mr. DeLaney gave an summary update on the K-Park status. He explained there had been four community meetings to discuss possible future projects. He explained that the voting results and feedback had been passed along to the Village Council for their review. Mr. Pignato asked if Spring Training site had been considered. Mr. DeLaney explained that he knew that a tournament facility was suggested at one point. Mr. Pignato also asked if the department was still seeing max usage on existing facilities. Mr. DeLaney explained that facilities were close to capacity. Mr. Fleming asked if there were any deadlines for the decisions at K-Park. Mr. DeLaney explained the Council had not set a deadline at this time. PR15-019 Staff Updates Mr. DeLaney gave an update on upcoming events going on throughout the Village. V. OLD BUSINESS VI.
