APPROVAL OF AGENDA The agenda was approved with the additon of an item to select a new Vice Chair due the resignation of Mr. Wenham. SELECTION OF VICE CHAIR Dr. Zipp nominated Ms. Stockton as Vice Chair and Mr. Forgione seconded the nomination. There were no other nominations, Ms. Stockton was selected as Vice Chair. III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES PR15-011 Approval of Meeting Minutes from 6-1-15 Ms. Stockton made the motion to approve the minutes and Mr. Forgione gave a second. The minutes were approved unanimously. IV. PRESENTATION PR15-012 Staff Updates Mr. Boyd gave a brief update on upcoming events including amphitheater events, the Wiffleball tournament, and Fall Festival. Ms. Stockton asked about the calibration of the lightning system at the Tennis Center because they were having issues clearing the courts. Mr. Boyd explained it is a lightning prediction system so there was no specific range. When the alarm sounds participants are required to leave the courts and seek safe shelter. V. OLD BUSINESS VI. NEW BUSINESS VII. PUBLIC COMMENTS VIII. BOARD COMMENTS Mr. Forgione expressed his appreciation for Mr. Wenham and his service. Ms. Stockton expressed her appreication for Mr. Wenham as well and recognized the U13 Little League team for their National Championship.
