Village of Wellington Council Special Session Minutes Hans Schneider, Mayor Council: Steve Boham, Mark Bughman, Helen Dronsfield , Gary Feron, Gene Hartman, Keith Rowland Council Chambers November 10, 2025 6:04 PM 1. Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Schneider called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call Councilman Stephen Boham – Absent Councilman Gary Feron – Present Councilman Mark Bughman – Present Council President Gene Hartman – Present Councilwoman Helen Dronsfield – Present Councilman Keith Rowland – Present Others Present – Mayor Schneider, Village Manager Greever, Clerk of Council O’Brien, Derek Brasee, Joe LaVeck (left at 6:48 PM). 3. New Business  Executive Session – Motion by Rowland, 2nd by Feron, to enter into executive session to consider the employment of a Village employee or official at 7:04 PM. Roll call vote was taken with all members present voting “yes”. Motion by Hartman, 2nd by Feron to resume the special session council meeting at 7:17 PM. Roll call was taken with the same members present. No decisions were made. 4. Adjourn – Motion by Feron, 2nd by Bughman to adjourn at 7:18 PM
