REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Rebecca Grill at 3:07 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 20-0051 Minutes (draft) of the October 15, 2019 and December 17, 2019 meetings

A motion was made by Grill, seconded by Mayor Devine, that the minutes of the October 15 and
December 17, 2019 meetings be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 2- Mayor Devine, and Grill

D. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION
2. 20-0052 Discussion with Wallpapered City LLC, regarding Mural Project Goals, Roles and
Responsibilities
Antoine, Katie and Stacey from Wallpapered City, introduced themselves to the group.
They shared their roles within the company and that they will be the point of contact for
any questions the group might have.
Alderperson Weigel voiced concern about mural maintenance. Stacey suggested
priming the wall with masonary primer as well as using a quality paint.
Antoine discussed bringing this group together one more time to meet and get the City's
vision plans as well as set goals. Savage Solutions should also be invited to this
meeting. February 3rd or 4th was selected as the best date to hold the next
visioning/planning meeting. The group was encouraged to move along because the
buildings must be selected by March 6th.

3. 20-0053 Discussion relating to Miscellaneous Artscape Projects and Opportunities
Discussion ensued between Wallpapered City and City staff.

E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ms. Grill, seconded by Mayor Devine, to adjourn the meeting at 4:12 p.m.
The motion carried by the following vote:
