The motion carried unanimously. E. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 2. 18-00436 Property Address: 1567 S. 71st St., West Allis, WI Tax Key: 453-0229-000 Appeal of Doug Prahst to construct a dormer that will be two and six one hundredths (2.06) feet from the north lot line, which is ninety four hundredths (.94) feet closer than the code allows. Attachments: 2018-08---1567 S 71 ST - Permit Information A motion was made by Mr. Keller, seconded by Mr. Pranghofer, that this matter be approved as it is not contrary to public interest and public safety and welfare would not be affected. The motion carried unanimously. F. ADJOURNMENT A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Budiac, seconded by Mr. Keller. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 5:38 pm.
