City of West Allis Meeting Minutes - Final Board of Appeals Tuesday, October 16, 2018 5:30 PM City Hall, Room 222 SPECIAL MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER B. ROLL CALL Present 3- Mr. Michael Franklin, Mr. Michael Pranghofer, and Mr. William Johnson Excused 4- Mr. Paul Budiac, Mr. Brian Keller, Ms. Allisa Olstad, and Mr. Noah Leigh C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 18-00562 Approval of Draft Minutes from August 14, 2018. Attachments: MeetingMinutes(short)August 14, 2018 A motion was made by Mr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Franklin, that this matter be approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS E. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 2. 18-00561 Address: 10506 W. Rogers St. Tax Key: 480-0081-000 Appeal of Rory and Debra Wells to erect a fence that will be eight (8) feet in height, which is two (2) feet taller than the code allows. Attachments: 2018-09---10506 W Rogers St - BOA Information A motion was made by Mr. Franklin, seconded by Mr. Johnson, that this matter be Approved as it is not contrary to public interest and public safety and welfare would not be affected. The motion carried unanimously. F. ADJOURNMENT A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Franklin, seconded by Mr. Johnson. The meeting was adjourned at 5:45 pm. Greenfield Avenue, West Allis, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, on the following.
