City of West Allis Meeting Minutes Committee of the Whole Common Council President Thomas G. Lajsic, Chair Alderpersons: Gary T. Barczak, Michael J. Greenfield Ave. SPECIAL MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 5:32 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 9- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Vitale, and Ald. Weigel Others Present: Mayor Dan Devine; Peter Daniels, City Engineer; Peggy Steeno, Finance Director; Jonathan Matte, Communications Director; Jenny Kosek, Communications Strategist; Sally Nusslock, Health Commissioner; Mason Pooler, Police Chief; Robert Fletcher, Deputy Chief Operations; Dave Wepking, Director of Public Works; Tony Warkoczewski, IT Manager; and Steven A. Braatz, City Clerk. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2018-0529 Minutes (Draft) of the Committee of the Whole Special meeting of March 26, 2018. Attachments: 032618 Committee of the Whole Minutes.draft A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2018-0538 Results of the City of West Allis Facility Condition Assessment Report for all the City owned buildings, prepared by McKinstry, will be presented to the City Council. The report will provide estimates of costs to repair all the buildings, schedules of recommended replacement or repair, gaps in ADA or code compliance, environmental conditions, energy efficiency, and a thirty year capital plan. Attachments: West Allis Executive Summary A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 2018-0528 Discussion regarding the Logo, Brand and Marketing Strategy for the City of West Allis. This matter was Referred to the Advisory Committee F.
