Braatz, City Clerk. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2018-0529 Minutes (Draft) of the Committee of the Whole Special meeting of March 26, 2018. Attachments: 032618 Committee of the Whole Minutes.draft A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2018-0538 Results of the City of West Allis Facility Condition Assessment Report for all the City owned buildings, prepared by McKinstry, will be presented to the City Council. The report will provide estimates of costs to repair all the buildings, schedules of recommended replacement or repair, gaps in ADA or code compliance, environmental conditions, energy efficiency, and a thirty year capital plan.
