City of West Allis Meeting Minutes Committee of the Whole Common Council President Thomas G. Lajsic, Chair Alderpersons: Gary T. Barczak, Michael J. Czaplewski, Kevin Haass, Michael P. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:00 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 10 - Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Weigel, and Probst Others Present: Vickie Polivka, Richard Polivka, Tanya Gross, Kayla Lemanske, Gerald Matter, Ronni Holzhauer, Mark Vicena, Gale Jender, Tracy Stefanski, Leigh Gould, Brent Holmes, Adam Crawford, Scott Heflin, Bridget Geboz-Helfenstein, Suzzette Gersham, Jennifer Rios, K. Marx, Don Deur, Sue Warner, Jane Ford-Stewart, Press, and Janel Lemanske, recording Secretary to the Committee. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2018-0242 Minutes (Draft) of the Committee of the Whole Special meeting of February 6, 2018. Attachments: 020618 COW minutes.draft A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 2018-0237 Discussion of complaint made by Ald. Probst, complaint (and withdrawal) made against Ald. Probst, investigative findings and report, and recommendations. Council President Lajsic stated the reason for the meeting of the Committee of the Whole was requested by Alderperson Probst to discuss the complaint made by Ald. Probst, complaint (and withdrawal) made against Ald. Probst, investigative findings and report, and recommendations. Ald. Probst expressed her dissatisfaction with a Development deal and alleged bad behaviors/practices of staff and alderpersons. Discussion ensued from members of the Committee of the Whole and citizens.
