SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:02 p.m.

Weigel
Excused 2- Ald. Barczak, and Ald. Euteneier
C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
2018-0870 The City’s consultant, McKinstry, will present their Action Plan for the Municipal
Yards. The Action Plan for replacement of the Public Works Facility will include
identification of operational inefficiencies, requirements for a new facility to ensure it
safely and effectively meets current needs with flexibility for future needs, various
options for replacement (location, stages), cost estimates for project options and
estimated timeline for planning and implementation.

McKinstry presented their Action Plan for the Municipal Yards.
Discussion ensued.
Next step: Setup Committee of the Whole meetings in January to discuss next
steps; want cost of transfer station and relocation.

New Matters for Introduction
2018-0870 The City’s consultant, McKinstry, will present their Action Plan for the Municipal Yards.
