SPECIAL MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:05 p.m.

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 2019-0064 Minutes (Draft) of the Committee of the Whole of Working Session, November 20,
2018 and Special meeting, December 4, 2018.

A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter be Approved. The
motion carried unanimously.
D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
At 6:03 p.m., Council President Lajsic stated it was the intention of the Committee to convene in
closed session at said time and place for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties or the investing of public funds.
A closed session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats.
Section 19.85(1)(e). Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Committee of the Whole may
convene in open session at said time and place to consider its public agenda, including motions
to recommend approval or rejection of above-listed deliberations or any of the public agenda
items that have not been acted upon.
2. 2019-0066 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility located at 6300
West McGeoch Avenue.

A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Vitale, to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. The motion
carried unanimously.

programs, services and/or benefits.

New Matters for Introduction
2. 2019-0066 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility located at 6300 West
McGeoch Avenue.
For the above agenda item, the Common Council may convene in closed session pursuant to the
provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties or the investing of public funds. The Common Council may
reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the
agenda.
