A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:30 p.m.

C. PREVIOUS MATTER
2019-0066 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility currently located
at 6300 W. McGeoch Ave.
A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Roadt, to convene into closed session at 6:30
p.m. pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties or the investing public funds concerning the item above.
Aye: # 9 - Ald. Barczak, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald Haass, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. May, Ald, Reinke, Ald.
Roadt, Ald, Vitale, and Ald. Weigel.
Others Present: Kail Decker, City Attorney and Rebecca Grill, City Administrator.

On a motion made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Haass, the meeting reconvened into open
session at 8:35 p.m.
D. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:36 p.m.

This meeting to convene following the Administration & Finance Meeting.

2019-0066 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility currently located at
6300 West McGeoch Avenue.
For the above agenda item, the Committee of the Whole may convene in closed session pursuant to
the provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties or the investing public funds. The Committee of the Whole may
reconvene in open session after completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the
agenda.
