A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Council President at 6:00 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 10 - Ald. Barczak, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, Ald.
Roadt, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Weigel, and Ald. Stefanski
Others Present: Steve Wilson, Wes Lablanc, Alice Davis, representing the Gesler
Group; Mayor Dan Devine; Patrick Schloss, Community Development Manager; Steve
Schaer, Manager, Planning & Zoning Division; Peter Daniels, City Engineer; Other Staff;
Guests and Media.
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2020-0100 Minutes (draft) of the November 19, 2019 Committee of the Whole meeting

A motion was made by Ald. Roadt, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter be Approved. The
motion carried unanimously.
D. PRESENTATION
2020-0087 Presentation from Gensler on the West Allis Highway 100 Corridor Plan
Attachments: Hwy 100 Corridor Study - Final Report
Gensler representatives presented the West Allis Highway 100 Corridor Plan.
Council President Lajsic stated that the Council, Committees, and staff will be spending
alot of time on this plan.
Ald. May stated that this is a plan to get ideas going and how this corridor will need help
to address some issues such as the vacant buildings and uses.
E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Approved. The
motion carried unanimously.
