CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 6:00 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 10 - Ald. Barczak, Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Weigel, and Ald. Stefanski Rebecca Grill, City Administrator; Peggy Steeno, Finance Director; Kail Decker, City Attorney; Peter Daniels, City Engineer; David Wepking, Director of Public Works; Other Staff; Guests and Media. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2020-0180 Minutes (draft) of the February 4, 2020 Committee of the Whole meeting Attachments: 02042020 Committee of the Whole Minutes A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS O-2019-0041 Charter Ordinance No. 24 increasing the total number of aldermanic districts and reducing the number of alderpersons per aldermanic district Sponsors: Alderperson Barczak City Attorney Kail Decker was present to discuss. This matter was Referred to the Administration & Finance Committee. 2019-0066 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility currently located at 6300 W. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Stefanski, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Approved. The motion carried unanimously.
