A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Council President Lajsic at 5:30 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 9- Grisham, Haass, Kuehn, Lajsic, Reinke, Roadt, Stefanski, Vitale, and Weigel
Excused 1- Tenorio
Others Present: Rebecca Grill, City Administrator/Clerk, Kail Decker, City Attorney;
Peter Daniels, City Engineer; Dave Wepking, DIrector of Public Works; Jason
Kaczmarek, Finance Director/Comptroller; Norman Barrientos and Patrick Wesley from
Barrientos Design & Consulting.
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 2021-0044 Minutes (draft) of the November 19, 2020 Committee of the Whole meeting

A motion was made by Reinke, seconded by Vitale, that this matter be Approved.
The motion carried unanimously.
D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
2. 2019-0066 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility currently
located at 6300 W. McGeoch Ave.

A motion was made by Vitale, seconded by Grisham, to convene into closed
session at 5:30 p.m. pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of
deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties or the investing
public funds. The Committee of the WHole may reconvene in open session after
completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the agenda.
Aye: 9 - Grisham; Haass; Kuehn; Lajsic; Reinke; Roadt; Stefanski; Vitale; and
Weigel
Others Present: Norman Barrientos and Patrick Wesley from Barrientos Design
and Consulting.
Closed session items discussed.
On a motion made by Grisham, seconded by Weigel, the meeting reconvened
into open session at 6:37 p.m.
3. 2021-0043 Discussion regarding 2021 ward redistricting, total number of Aldermanic
districts and the number of alderpersons per aldermanic district
A motion was made by Grisham, seconded by Weigel, that this matter was
Discussed and direction to staff given to proceed to poll the citizens. The motion
carried by the following vote:
Aye: 6- Haass, Kuehn, Lajsic, Reinke, Roadt, and Weigel
No: 3- Grisham, Stefanski, and Vitale
